The Pundits and naysayers are looking for a story. Here is all you need to know. Elaine Thompson-Herah is the Fastest Woman Alive. That does not mean she will always win but for now she is the Fastest Woman Alive.
The notion that Elaine Thompson-Herah Verbiage needs an upgrade is preposterous. Any expressed or implied notion that she now needs to be a “Fulbright” scholar is nonsense to the Nth degree. She is not a Rhodes Scholar and do not care to be anymore.

Sorry, Elaine Thompson-Herah never promised you a Rose Garden. When you critics, can run the 100M in 10.61seconds and give the impression that a time of 10.31 was possible, if no Left Arm salute, perhaps we will acknowledge your collective presence. Until then, Fans of Elaine Thompson-Herah will not dignify the “Dirty Remarks“. We Fans will fight if we find it necessary.

May is the month of Psychological or Mental preparation for World Athletic Championships 2022. Regardless of Physical shape, Track and Field Stars and competitors will need to be mentally ready. You cannot run your best without your head. Athletes with the proper mental focus will succeed at World Championships 2022.
Fans are excited with the performances of their Track and Field Stars during Easter. Easter Eggs hunting was successful. Early Season performances sent messages to competitors. Fans are in anticipation that Track and Field Season 2022 will be competitive. Some Athletes are exploring different events to confirm or discover their true talent.
The 2022 Athletic season will be interesting. Fans are pleading with Stars to avoid Indoor competition. Avoid feet and Achilles heel injury for the next three years. Indoor 60M competition is of no significance to the ultimate 100M event at World Athletic Championships 2022. The psychological preparation and sending messages to competitors by way of performances and trash talk is in high gear. Shelly Ann Fraser Pryce is promising to run 10.4X for the Women’s 100M. She ran 10.67 in Nairobi, Kenya, which is great. However, let us remember the Leading Time is 10.54, ran in Oregon by Elaine Thompson Herah in 2021.

There is no holding back or keeping anything in Reserve when running the 100M and 200M. Leave it all on the Track. Let your competitors listen for the Gun and you watch the Feet. The moment a competitor’s foot is off Blocks, you BOOGIE. Stars should remember to treat competitors with respect. The competitive conduct in Track is “Good morning”, “Good afternoon”, and “Good Night” – Meet me at the Tape.

Meanwhile, Christine Mboma had an unfortunate injury in Nairobi, Kenya. Track and Field fans are concerned. Will she recuperate in time for World Championships 2022? Those of us who Love the Sport are not happy. Christine’s injury could put a damper on the Meet. She might not be meeting anyone at the Tape.

Gabby Thomas has decided to compete in the 100M early in the Season but Fans of Gabrielle Thomas are not keen on her ability to be a Star in the 100M. Her Athletic history seems best suited for the 200M. Gabrielle Thomas can be a star in the 400M event if she studies this race. Fans saw her compete in a 300M event in New York in February 2022. We think her future in the 400M looks promising. Regardless she will compete.

Shericka Jackson appears to be having a slow start to the season but nothing to be nervous about. Fans believe that Shericka should review the Tape of this race and consider re-engineering her finish in the 200M event. Flash Thought, is Shericka Jackson considering competing in the 100M and 400M and relax her interest in the 200M. That would be an interesting mix of events for an Athlete. Regardless, the psychological preparation begins in the month of May, speed will be on display in June, and Athleticism will be ready for Prime Time in July.
