THE DAWN OF WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS – 2022

The National Track and Field Trials across the Globe are over. What have Fans learned, probably not much? Stars did enough to qualify to compete in their events at WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS – 2022. In the next two weeks, Fans will get a Glimpse of potential performance and times. Base on performances in the Trials, three Countries – Jamaica, United States, and England are vying for all Eight (8) or Nine (9) spots in the Women’s 100M Final. There could be a Triangular Country Face-off with Jamaica completing another sweep or even a 1234 finish, if you include Kemba Nelson, with only three spots on the Podium. That is scary!

Post National Trials, Stars will put their Head, uniform, and Track shoes on. Preparation is on the way for a Track and Field Rematch between Elaine Thompson-Herah, Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce, and Shericka Jackson at World Championships 2022. Some Stars are not ready but they are getting there. Elaine Thompson-Herah (ETH) is etched as the Fastest Woman Alive but that does not mean she will win every contest before World Championships 2022. Regardless of what transpires in June, she is the Fastest Woman Alive.

Some Stars appear to be carrying a grudge from the Tokyo Olympics to World Championships 2022. That is not a good thing. In the early season, said Stars will run great times because of the anger inside but when it subsides and it will, there will be a return to normal self or even worse in terms of performance in Head-to-Head competition. That is when the Phantom of the Opera is there.

In the 100M and 200M Finals Stars will have no time to keep anything in Reserve, they will leave it all on the Track. Stars will let competitors listen for the Gun and watch the Feet. The moment a competitor’s feet is off Blocks, Stars will BOOGIE. Stars should remember to treat competitors with respect. The competitive conduct in Track is “Good morning”, “Good afternoon”, and “Good Night” – Meet me at the Tape.

Athletes planning to be in the Women’s 100M Final in Oregon with a Personal Best (PB) slower than 10.7X should STAY HOME or skip the event. Participating in the event with a PB south of 10.7X will make you late for Dinner, where Dinner is the Gold Medal. The Women 100M Final in Oregon 2022 is on Track for a Time of 10.47 or better. The Women 200M Final in Oregon 2022 is on Track for a Time of 21.5 or better. Sadly, Gabby Thomas will not impose her will and be a party crasher. Gabby is suffering from Ham String injury. The Tail Gate Party continues.

JUNE – MONTH BEFORE THE REMATCH – 2022

June is speed month. Stars will put their Head, uniform, and Track shoes on. It is the month before Track and Field Rematch between Elaine Thompson-Herah, Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce, and Shericka Jackson at World Championships 2022. Some Stars are not ready but they are getting there. Elaine Thompson-Herah (ETH) is the Fastest Woman Alive but that does not mean she will always win in June. Regardless of what transpires in June, she is the Fastest Woman Alive.

In Rome, Shericka Jackson ran the 200M in a time of 21.91. That is a good step forward for her season. Pundits and naysayers should remember that Shericka Jackson can run faster. Her performance sends a strong message regarding expectations for the 200M event at World Championships 2022. To Pundits and naysayers who like to bash ETH, sending a warning will require a minimum time of 21.51.

There will be lots of Fans chatter such as; we think ETH will destroy the Field again, or we think Shelly Ann Fraser Pryce is going to defend her World Championship Title, or we think Shericka Jackson is getting tired of being third Fiddler and generate an upset. All results are possible if you believe.

Which Star will be the Phantom of the Opera? Will Gabby Thomas impose her will and be a World Championships Track and Field party crasher. Will Mboma experience a miracle and make an appearance. We will just have to wait and see. Whatever!!! The Five – Elaine, Shelly, Shericka, Gabby, and Christine Mboma will be factors. World Championships 2022, as it pertains to Women sprints, will revolve around the FIVE

Fans are in anticipation of a rematch between Elaine Thompson-Herah, Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce, and Shericka Jackson at World Athletic Championships 2022 in Eugene, Oregon. Elaine will keep focus on the prize and stay hungry. Fans anticipate Elaine will be ready to perform at World Athletic Championships 2022, July 15 to July 24.

Athletes planning to be in the Women 100M Final in Oregon with a Personal Best (PB) slower than 10.7X should STAY HOME or skip the event. Participating in the event with a PB south of 10.7X, will make you late for Dinner, where Dinner is the Gold Medal. The Women 100M Final in Oregon 2022 is on Track for a Time of 10.47 or better. The Women 200M Final in Oregon 2022 is on Track for a Time of 21.5 or better The Tail Gate Party has begun.

LEAVE GRANDMA’S CHILD ALONE

The Pundits and naysayers are looking for a story. Here is all you need to know. Elaine Thompson-Herah is the Fastest Woman Alive. That does not mean she will always win but for now she is the Fastest Woman Alive.

The notion that Elaine Thompson-Herah Verbiage needs an upgrade is preposterous. Any expressed or implied notion that she now needs to be a “Fulbright” scholar is nonsense to the Nth degree. She is not a Rhodes Scholar and do not care to be anymore.

Sorry, Elaine Thompson-Herah never promised you a Rose Garden. When you critics, can run the 100M in 10.61seconds and give the impression that a time of 10.31 was possible, if no Left Arm salute, perhaps we will acknowledge your collective presence. Until then, Fans of Elaine Thompson-Herah will not dignify the “Dirty Remarks“. We Fans will fight if we find it necessary.

From now until after Olympics – 2024, Elaine Thompson-Herah will deliver signature performances to your eyes. Pundits and Naysayers will be escorted to the side and relegated to the Peanut gallery. Fans are in anticipation of a rematch between Elaine Thompson-Herah, Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce, and Shericka Jackson at World Athletic Championships 2022 in Eugene, Oregon. Fans anticipate Elaine will be ready to perform at World Athletic Championships 2022, July 15 to July 24.

Athletes planning to be in the Women’s 100M Finals in Oregon with a Personal Best (PB) slower than 10.7X should skip the event. Participating in the event with a PB south of 10.7X, will make you late for Dinner. The Women 100M Final in Oregon 2022 is on Track for a Time of 10.47 or better. The mission for Elaine Thompson-Herah is to continue moving forward and make Jamaica Proud. She will avoid and ignore envious Pundits and naysayers. The Tail Gate Party has begun.

MAY – PSYCHOLOGICAL PREPARATION

May is the month of Psychological or Mental preparation for World Athletic Championships 2022. Regardless of Physical shape, Track and Field Stars and competitors will need to be mentally ready. You cannot run your best without your head. Athletes with the proper mental focus will succeed at World Championships 2022.

Fans are excited with the performances of their Track and Field Stars during Easter. Easter Eggs hunting was successful. Early Season performances sent messages to competitors. Fans are in anticipation that Track and Field Season 2022 will be competitive. Some Athletes are exploring different events to confirm or discover their true talent.

The 2022 Athletic season will be interesting. Fans are pleading with Stars to avoid Indoor competition. Avoid feet and Achilles heel injury for the next three years. Indoor 60M competition is of no significance to the ultimate 100M event at World Athletic Championships 2022. The psychological preparation and sending messages to competitors by way of performances and trash talk is in high gear. Shelly Ann Fraser Pryce is promising to run 10.4X for the Women’s 100M. She ran 10.67 in Nairobi, Kenya, which is great. However, let us remember the Leading Time is 10.54, ran in Oregon by Elaine Thompson Herah in 2021.

There is no holding back or keeping anything in Reserve when running the 100M and 200M. Leave it all on the Track. Let your competitors listen for the Gun and you watch the Feet. The moment a competitor’s foot is off Blocks, you BOOGIE. Stars should remember to treat competitors with respect. The competitive conduct in Track is “Good morning”, “Good afternoon”, and “Good Night” – Meet me at the Tape.

Meanwhile, Christine Mboma had an unfortunate injury in Nairobi, Kenya. Track and Field fans are concerned. Will she recuperate in time for World Championships 2022? Those of us who Love the Sport are not happy. Christine’s injury could put a damper on the Meet. She might not be meeting anyone at the Tape.

Fans are curious about the unexpected departure of Elaine Thompson – Herah from the USATF Golden Games or Mt SAC as most of us call it. However, if Elaine wishes to have an easy start to the season, nothing to Fuss and Fight about.

Fans are in anticipation of a rematch between Elaine Thompson-Herah, Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce, and Shericka Jackson at World Athletic Championships 2022 in Eugene, Oregon. Despite the presumed lack of experience of her new coaches, Fans anticipate Elaine will be ready to perform at World Athletic Championships 2022, July 15 to July 24.

Athletes planning to be in the Women’s 100M Finals in Oregon with a Personal Best (PB) slower than 10.7X should STAY HOME or skip the event. Participating in the event with a PB south of 10.7X, will make you late for Dinner. The Women 100M Final in Oregon 2022 is on Track for a Time of 10.47 or better. The Tail Gate Party has begun.

Gabby Thomas has decided to compete in the 100M early in the Season but Fans of Gabrielle Thomas are not keen on her ability to be a Star in the 100M. Her Athletic history seems best suited for the 200M. Gabrielle Thomas can be a star in the 400M event if she studies this race. Fans saw her compete in a 300M event in New York in February 2022. We think her future in the 400M looks promising. Regardless she will compete.

Shericka Jackson appears to be having a slow start to the season but nothing to be nervous about. Fans believe that Shericka should review the Tape of this race and consider re-engineering her finish in the 200M event. Flash Thought, is Shericka Jackson considering competing in the 100M and 400M and relax her interest in the 200M. That would be an interesting mix of events for an Athlete. Regardless, the psychological preparation begins in the month of May, speed will be on display in June, and Athleticism will be ready for Prime Time in July.

BeyondApparent.com began touting and showing interest in Track and Field with special focus on Elaine Thompson Herah, Shelly Ann Fraser Pryce, and Shericka Jackson. Since then we discovered Gabrielle Thomas and Christine Mboma. These five Athletes are “Simply the Best” in Track and Field today.

TRACK AND FIELD STARS SEARCH FOR EASTER EGGS

Fans hope their Track and Field Stars will find Easter Eggs. In essence, Fans are in anticipation that Stars will deliver Early Season performances that will send a message to competitors.

Elaine Thompson-Herah will keep focus on the prize and stay hungry. If training is somewhat regimented and structured, preparation should be fine. Despite the presumed lack of experience of her new coaches, Fans anticipate Elaine will be ready to perform at World Athletic Championships 2022, July 15 to July 24. While Elaine Thompson-Herah is expected to run 400M repetitions in Training, Fans are not interested in seeing any Public performance. Fans do not want to see their Star exposed or embarrassed. The 400M is not her Event.

Three-Peat and 123 is very much a possibility at the Paris Olympics – 2024. Fans of Elaine Thompson – Herah believe she can win the 100M and 200M for a third consecutive time at the Paris Olympics – 2024. As for 123 – Fans envision the expected three (3) Jamaican entrants in the Women’s 100M Final in Paris, to finish 1, 2, 3, and stake Flag on Podium, regardless of the names associated with the entrants.

The 2022 Athletic season is about to get interesting. Fans are pleading with the Stars to avoid Indoor competition. Avoid feet and Achilles heel injury for the next three years. Indoor 60M competition is of no significance to the ultimate 100M event at World Athletic Championships 2022. Watch the 60M races and notice Elaine is catching up at the 60M mark, and about to dust people up in the next 40 meters. If Elaine, Shelly, and Shericka have a slow start to the season, nothing to be nervous about. The psychological preparation begins in the month of May, speed will be on display in June, and Athleticism will be ready for Prime Time in July.

World Athletic Championships – 2022 should be entertaining. There is a possibility that Elaine Thompson – Herah will run 10.47 and 21.2 for the 100M and 200M respectively. Fans anticipate Shericka Jackson will join the 100M 10.6X club. A review of Olympics 2021 and Prefontaine Classic 2021 show Shericka Jackson closing fast at the end of each race. This is confirmation that Shericka Jackson is making progress with her Speed.

Some athletes could have a career-challenging year in 2022. For example if Shacari Richardson finds it difficult to beat 123, she may not participate in World Athletic Championships – 2022. Will Christine Mboma get faster and allowed to compete in the 400M? Gabby Thomas has decided to compete in the 100M but Fans of Gabrielle Thomas are not keen on her ability to be a Star in the 100M. Her Athletic history seems best suited for the 200M. Gabrielle Thomas can be a star in the 400M event if she studies this race. Regardless she will compete.

From now until after Olympics 2024, it is unlikely that Shacari Richardson will beat anyone on the Women 100M podium in Tokyo Olympics 2021. She can keep dreaming. Fans do not see Shacari Richardson winning a 200M on the world stage. Elaine Thompson – Herah, Gabby Thomas, and Christine Mboma will deny her the opportunity to be at the top of any Podium. Fans are waiting for Natasha Morrison to step forward. With some Positive vibration, she could be the next Burning Spear. The young’uns are coming and showing interest in Field events.

Philippines Athletics is definitely on a trajectory of forward and upward. The Performances of John Obiena and Hidilyn Diaz in Olympics 2020 have energized aspiring athletes. Fans are anticipating more of what they saw in Tokyo and glimpses of recent events. Collectively they are echoing sentiments of “Liking, Loving, and wanting more“.

There is increased participation in Track and Field in the Philippines and the future looks bright. EJ Obiena is a talented Athlete. Fans are not sure why the issues with the Athletic Authorities. However, they are pleading with the authorities to let him participate and represent Country. Fans see no need to prohibit talent. If you think EJ Obiena is not talented, let us see you do the Pole Vault. There is anticipation that EJ Obiena will ultimately get a medal on the world stage in the Pole Vault.

The Philippines Athletes are progressively working on their talents to be as good as Jamaicans on the Track and Americans in the Pool. I sense many Pride of the Philippines among them, or a Burning Spear somewhere

Fans will forever revere Hidilyn Diaz. Hidilyn Diaz in the 55kg weightlifting event was ready to step forward and be the Philippines first Olympic Gold MedalistHidilyn Diaz, has been competing on the World Stage since 2007. She was a Silver medalist in Rio 2016 and was ready to be an Olympic Gold Medalist in Tokyo. She was determined to give every Kilogram of effort to accomplish her Goal. Expectations are she will participate in coaching aspiring Weight Lifting Olympic caliber Athletes.

The Philippines Olympic Gold Medal drought is over. Now is the time for Jamaican Male Athletes to Big up. Your efforts might not be rewarded at World Championship 2022 but it will improve performances at Olympics 2024. By then, aspiring Athletes should awake from their slumber.

Male Athletes, who believe they are Stars with nothing to show for their illusion of grandeur, need to wake up and face reality. The team needs you. The women Athletes need you to contribute. Don’t let them down.

Fans are waiting for a Signature performance, preferably more than one. What is the status in Training camp and who are the Athletes who can provide an autograph. Course the Autograph is preceded by Performances consistent with solid Training. Training and consistent Performances create resultant velocity capable of exhibiting a Signature performance. Fans are eager to know “wagwan” in camp yeow.

Fans offer Condolences to Akeem Bloomfield on the passing of his Mother. They are willing to cut him some slack and give him time to adjust from the painful loss. Expectations are that he will return to competition.

Akeem Bloomfield has talent but his style can be re-engineered. He appears a bit tight in the arms and shoulder when he performs. He could benefit from developing a relax look in Training. A more relax Akeem Bloomfield should run faster times in the 200M and 400M. Akeem Bloomfield should come back with Athletic vengeance and attempt to give Fans performances of 19.4 and 43.4 in the 200M and 400M respectively. Fans are not keen on his ability to perform well in the 100M on the World stage but he could surprise us. Fans think he is better suited for the 200M and 400M events

There are no expectations that Akeem Bloomfield will run those times at World Athletics Championships 2022 but Fans anticipate that kind of performance at Olympics 2024.

REMATCH AND REDO

Elaine Thompson – Herah (ETH), presumably has two new Coaches, Derron Herah, and Bert Cameron. Who are they, what is their Track and Field experience? Can they train an exceptional female athlete? Derron Herah has some Track and Field experience but not a Star or Household name.  Bert Cameron was successful in his own right as a 400M talent. Athletes who were not Household Names are often good Coaches. Therefore, Fans will step out on the Limb and anticipate a successful campaign for both men. The first opportunity to Grade will be at World Athletic Championships 2022.

Rematch: Fans are in anticipation of a rematch between Elaine Thompson-Herah, Shelly Ann Fraser-Pryce, and Shericka Jackson at World Athletic Championships 2022 in Eugene, Oregon. Elaine will keep focus on the prize and stay hungry. If training is somewhat regimented and structured, preparation should be fine. Despite the presumed lack of experience of her new coaches, Fans anticipate Elaine will be ready to perform at World Athletic Championships 2022, July 15 to July 24.

The Athletic season starts in February. Fans are pleading with the Stars to avoid Indoor competition. Avoid feet and Achilles heel injury for the next three years. Even if Elaine, Shelly, and Shericka have a slow start to the season, nothing to be nervous about they will hit their stride by April in time to search for Easter Eggs. The psychological preparation begins in the month of May, speed will be on display in June, and Athleticism will be ready for Prime Time in July.

Athletes planning to be in the Women 100M Finals in Oregon with a Personal Best (PB) slower than 10.7X should STAY HOME or skip the event. Participating in the event with a PB south of 10.7X, will make you late for Dinner. The Women 100M Final in Oregon 2022 is on Track for a Time of 10.47 or better. The Tail Gate Party has begun.

There is work required on her start. Start is not limited to getting out of the Blocks it includes forward progress by or about 30 Meters into the 100M and 200M events.

Some athletes could have a career-challenging year in 2022. For example if Shacari Richardson finds it difficult to beat 123, she may not participate in World Athletic Championships – 2022. Will Christine Mboma get faster and allowed to compete in the 400M? Will Gabby Thomas decide to compete in the 100M? Fans of Gabrielle Thomas are not keen on her ability to be a Star in the 100M. Her Athletic history seems best suited for the 200M. Gabrielle Thomas can be a star in the 400M event if she studies this race. Regardless she will compete.

Redo: Natoya Goule is a Fan favorite. She has a chance to redo her attempt to deliver victory. Despite a disappointing performance in Tokyo, she is still highly regarded in the 800M event. While she did not make the Podium in Tokyo, Fans believe she has a Championship run in her. It could well be in the 800M Final at World Athletic Championships – 2022.

Goule should be ready to win the 800M at World Athletic Championships – 2022. It is refreshing to see an athlete step away and establish a new frontier. She is a Burning Spear. She will be a force to reckon with. Her mission is to stay away from the Lead, and maintain striking distance until the last 100M. Will she accept the mission? Your guess is as good as her Fans.

JAMAICA’S MALE ATHLETES BEYOND 2021

Olympics 2021 and Prefontaine Classic 2021 is History. Up next of significance is World Athletic Championships – 2022. Jamaica’s Male Track and Field Athletes had a disappointing year in 2021. Thankfully the hurdlers were running. However, we need a Team. We need some Male athletes in the 100M, 200M, 400M, 800M, and 1500M events. Fans believe there are already qualified candidates for the Long Jump, Triple Jump, Discus, and Shot Put. The question is those prospects still actively pursuing an Athletic Career. In the search for Stars, remember the High Jump and Relays.

Jamaica’s male Track and Field athletes are having a drought but the Track Man is anticipating Rain for World Championship 2022 and torrential Rain for Olympics 2024. Rain in this context is indicative of Signature Performances. Cheers to you, Red Stripe beer, and Dragon Stout. Things will get better but it is time to get to work. Fans will patiently wait and provide pens for Signature performances.

Where are the prospects for Jamaica’s male Track and Field? It is time for all to Big Up. Usain is not the only one who can run. Did Usain take the best track shoes home? Thank goodness, he did not take the women shoes. It cannot be that because Usain Bolt no longer runs others wont. Usain Bolt might have been an inspiration or the equivalent of an insurance policy but Fans are looking for a few good men to inspire and motivate others.

There were great expectations that success at Common Wealth Games 2018 would carry forward to Olympics 2020 in Tokyo. Unfortunately, Fans did not realize that expectation in Tokyo 2021. At Commonwealth Games 2018, the team placed 11TH out of 43 with 27 Medals in total – 7 Gold, 9 Silver, and 11 Bronze. Not too shabby for an Island Nation. Fans anticipated improvement in Field events such as Long Jump, Triple Jump  Javelin, Discus, Shot Put, Hammer throw, and High Jump. Fedrick Dacres and Traves Smikle won gold and silver respectively for Jamaica in the men’s discus. Those gains did not materialize in Tokyo 2021 but they are forthcoming.

Hurdling has caught on. In general, Jamaica’s Male Hurdlers are demonstrating what Fans expected in this Event. Hansle Parchment won Gold and Ronald Levy won Bronze in the 110M hurdles Olympics 2020 in Tokyo. Jaheel Hyde has some work to do in the Men’s 400 meters hurdles but he can (Jama I can) do it. Nathon Allen and Yohan Blake should consider Retirement. There is only so much continuous running in the legs of a Professional sprinter. Both Men should try out for World Athletic Championships – 2022, end a Career, and move forward to a New Frontier. Below special reference and respect to some veteran Athletes.

Omar McLeod still impress despite not making the Team for Olympics 2020. Fans not sure what happened in the Jamaica Olympic Trials, probably overconfidence. His performances created interest in the 110M Hurdles event. The 110M Hurdles is an event in which Jamaican Athletes can excel. Until Omar is defeated at the Olympics or retires, he owns that event. He was the first from Jamaica to win the event on that stage. For now, let him enjoy the fame and fortune. It is time to get ready for World Athletic Championships – 2022. I am 100 percent behind him and support his consideration of the 400M Hurdles. Is it possible that Omar McLeod, Hansle Parchment, and Ronald Levy could produce a 123 in the 110M hurdles? Fans think it is possible.

Ronald Levy still has time to win a Gold Medal in the 110M Hurdles.  He has excellent technique and speed. At age 29, he is at his prime for the 110M Hurdles. World Athletic Championships – 2022, is definitely a good time for him to demonstrate he is an exceptional athlete in that event. He has already done so but there is an opportunity for punctuation.

Javon Francis appeared to be in shape before Olympics 2020 but preparation did not translate into performance. 46.6 will not make you early for dinner, where dinner is the Gold Medal.

O’Dayne Richards failed to make the Team for Olympics 2020 but moving forward should be competitive in the shot put and discus throw. Even at age 33, he should be able to give a good account of himself in both events. Along with Fedrick Dacres and Traves Smikle, the Men’s Field events squad should Medal at World Athletic Championships – 2022. Any kind of Medal will be appreciated.

Everton Clarke might not recover from failing to make the Team for Olympics 2020. There was excitement at Olympics 2020 but the careers of some athletes suffered, including Everton Clarke.

Moving forward, will Sachin Dennis and Akeem Bloomfield be the base of the rebirth of Jamaica’s male sprinting? Will Tyreke Wilson and Vashaun Vascianna be part of that effort? Fans are looking for a few good men to inspire and motivate others.

Jamaica’s male Athletes graded by Event and expectations before World Athletic Championships – 2022 is as follows:100M – Need Improvement – C. 200M – Need Improvement – C. 400M – Need Improvement – C. 800M – Need much Improvement – D. 1500M– Need much Improvement – D. Long Jump – Need Improvement – B. Triple Jump – Need much Improvement – D. High Jump – Need much Improvement – F. Hurdles 110M – Excellent – A+. Hurdles 400M – Good – B. Discus – Good – B. Shot Put – Good – B. Javelin – Need much Improvement – F. 4 × 100M relay – Need Improvement – C, and 4 × 400M relay – Need Improvement – C.

PHILIPPINES ATHLETES WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS – 2022

Philippines Athletes prepare for World Athletic Championships – 2022. Philippines Track and Field Athletes are moving forward. They are encouraged by the performances of Hidilyn Diaz and EJ OBIENA in Tokyo Olympics – 2021. Pinoys expect their good fortunes to continue. Fans anticipate the Team will be competitive and hope all Athletes are in good health and filled with optimism after the typhoon.

Kristina Marie Knott made her Olympics debut in Tokyo but her performances in the Women’s 100M and 200M were not as impressive as anticipated. She should improve for World Athletic Championships – 2022. Fans are wondering, which Athlete will win the second Gold medal for the Philippines. Will it happen soon and will it be at a World Athletic Championships or an Olympics?

Fans of Hidilyn Diaz are waiting to hear her Athletic plans after Marriage. Will she compete in one more World Athletic Championships? She might not compete in World Athletic Championships – 2022. Fans think she will compete in the SEA Games and then focus on Olympics 2024. Olympics 2024 should conclude her active Olympics Career with expectations she will participate in coaching aspiring Weight Lifting Olympic caliber Athletes.

E J Obiena should perform well in Pole Vault, fingers crossed. Off the Track, issues should be resolved before World Athletic Championships – 2022. Fans of E J Obiena see him as a high prospect for a Medal in Pole Vault. He might not get that Gold Medal at World Athletic Championships – 2022 but he will be competitive. It is more likely he will be early for Dinner at Olympics 2024.

Philippines Track and Field Athletes are staying in shape. The 2021 Ayala Philippines Athletics Championships, in Baguio City, produced performances that are encouraging. Notably performances in the Men: 100M, 200M, 400M, 400M Hurdles, 110 M Hurdles, and 800M. Among the Women: the 100M and 400M performances were encouraging. Performances were encouraging spiritually but physically there is significant work required. Natalie Uy is someone to follow. All Athletes are expected to get back to constructive Training.

Carlos Yulo should maintain his form in Gymnastics. Swimming, Gymnastics, Boxing, and Weight Lifting will be frontline for the Filipino Team. The Philippines Athletes are progressively working on their talents to be as good as Jamaicans on the Track and Americans in the Pool. Fans sense a Pride of the Philippines among them, or a Burning Spear somewhere. The Women’s Team appears competitive. Women’s Pole Vault should have an entrant from the Philippines. There are Philippines Women Athletes whose mettle will be obvious in Olympics 2024.
