Track and Field Season 2024 is the year of the presumptive Triple Double in Women 100m and 200m at the Olympics. Avid Track Fans believe 2024 is the only year in History for that spectacular occurrence. One exceptional Athlete is two thirds there. You might have the experience of seeing just that.
Elaine Thompson Herah performance at Prefontaine classic 2024 was disappointing. Having said that ETH is still odds on favorite to win the 100m in Paris. Fans are wondering what happened after the start of this race. Did Elaine take a snooze after the gun sounded the alarm? It appears she did. Why would you fly from Jamaica to Oregon and not run. Did the preparation report highlight the incorrect date? Perhaps, she will be ready by June 6, 2024 for the Grenada Invitational. Mistakes happen and the Star is expected to be ready next time. Pundits and Naysayers should back off with the negativity. None of the Pundits and Naysayers can run 50 meters in 11.30 seconds.

Regardless of rumors about Achilles heel problem, Elaine Thompson Herah (ETH) should return to Track shape. The Queen of Women Sprinting is moving forward with her preparation for Paris 2024. Elaine Thompson Herah will be fine. She will acknowledge that she has an opportunity to accomplish something that has never been done and no chance of being repeated. She will have a chance to complete a Triple Double of the 100m and 200m at the Olympics. She will have an opportunity to add some granite to her already cemented Track and Field career. Her Legacy, despite a sub-par 2023 season will be forever known.

Women 200m event has become the Shericka Jackson Invitational. Gabby Thomas has significant work to do. Shacari Richardson is unlikely to contend for the Gold medal in the 200m. When ETH is ready in 2024 the excitement level will rise in this event. Do not be surprised if Shericka Jackson is challenged. Hold on to your hat if you need it for Church Services. When these two Stars come around the bend at Paris 2024, remove or lose your hat.

Some athletes had an off year in 2023 but with fortitude, they bounced back and salvaged their season. Fans are happy to see that Elaine Thompson Herah (ETH) through belief and resilience is presumed prepared for the 2024 season. She should have a 2024 season equivalent to 2021. Expectations are that she will join the 200m chase to break the world record of 21.34 seconds. With some effort, ETH can break the 100m world record of 10.49 seconds. Her performance should produce a time of 10.47 seconds. Track Fans cannot imagine Shacari Richardson or Shericka Jackson running the 100m event faster than 10.65 seconds.

February 2024 is the month for Athletes to discard the rust from inactivity, since the end of Season 2023. It is time to prepare the mind and body to compete in Olympics 2024. If the medal you received in 2023 is of the Bronze hue, then it is time to psyche yourself to obtain a prettier medal. If you did not get a medal in Season 2023, then re-focus in training and start all over.
All Athletes planning to participate at the Olympics July 26 to August 11, 2024, should know that Fans consider them capable on their best day, to step up to the podium. However, said Athlete must believe in him/ herself. I anticipate that by March at least one Male and one Female Athlete will declare that they are going to Paris to win.

Gabby Thomas will focus on the 200m, 4X100m Relay, and 4X400m Relay events. The 100m is not her event. She is stronger in distances greater than 100m. There is still hope that she will consider the 400m for Paris.

Fans believe that by Olympics 2024, Gabby Thomas 200m time should be about 21.5 seconds. That time might secure a position on the Podium. Women 200m Finals in Paris will be exciting. Sub 22.0 seconds will be required to get into the Final. Women 400m Finals in Paris will require Sub 49.0 seconds to get into the Final.

Devynne Charlton, appears to have memories of the women 100m Hurdles Final in Budapest. She is running like someone on a mission. Clearly to be on a mission is an admirable attribute but we will see what happens outdoors. That event is stacked with Talent from Lane 1 to Lane 9. Yes there will be nine persons in the 100m Hurdles Final.

Shelley Ann Fraser Pryce announced that Track and Field Season 2024 will be her last. She came, saw, and conquered. She performed victoriously, hugged competitors, shook hands, and prepared for more challenges. Despite apparent dominance, she remained respectful and conducted herself as a class citizen of the world Athletic Community.

Now that the end is approaching for Shelly Ann, let us reflect and give thanks to God that we witnessed many wonderful Athletic performances by her.

There is Excitement and Entertainment in Track and Field. Going forward in the 100m and 200m events, Stars will have no time to keep anything in Reserve in the 200m, they will leave it all on the Track. The moment a competitor’s feet is off Blocks, Stars will BOOGIE. Stars should remember to treat competitors with respect. The competitive conduct in Track is “Good morning”, “Good afternoon”, and “Good Night” – Meet me at the Tape.

It is unlikely that Shacari Richardson or Shericka Jackson will run the 100m faster than 10.65 seconds. Shacari or Shericka will be Factors in the Women 100m in Paris 2024. Shacari might win the 100m in Paris 2024 but unlikely to be on the 200m Podium. The Quest for Gold in women Sprints has never been more of a contest since “The First Olympics”. Do you remember that day?

Elaine Thompson Herah and Team discontinued relationship with Coach Shanikie Osbourne. Supposedly, Shanikie was asking for too much money. Fans hope none involved traded Athlete Coach Chemistry for dollars. Elaine Thompson Herah is the one doing the Training, Dieting, and Running but the intangible of Chemistry between Athlete and coach might be worth more than the Dollars. Athlete has to succeed in the Quest for Gold for that trade to be right.
Track and Field Season 2024 is the year of the presumptive Triple Double in Women 100m and 200m at the Olympics. Avid Track Fans believe 2024 is the only year in History for that spectacular occurrence. One exceptional Athlete is two thirds there. Fans would like to experience that achievement. The physical and the spiritual is always a delicate balancing act.
Fans are happy that Elaine Thompson Herah (ETH) through belief and resilience is looking good and prepared for the 2024 season. She will have a 2024 season equivalent to 2021. However, distraction could have a negative impact. The Elite Track Club environment is not expected to be perfect for the Star.

Shericka Jackson has taken ownership of the Women 200m event. The event has become the Shericka Jackson Invitational. Gabby Thomas has significant work to do. Shacari Richardson is unlikely to contend for the Gold medal in the 200m. In 2024 Elaine Thompson – Herah (ETH) will raise the excitement level in this event. Do not be surprised if Shericka Jackson is challenged. There was an aura of frustration and tiredness by Shericka Jackson at the end of season 2023. Regardless when those two Stars come around the bend at Paris 2024, remove or lose your hat.

Expectations are that Elaine Thompson – Herah will join the 200m chase to break the world record of 21.34 seconds. With some effort, ETH can break the 100m world record of 10.49 seconds. Her performance should produce a time of 10.47 seconds. Fans are expecting performances in the Women 200m event to be better than 21.53 seconds. Athletes, whose 200m performance is slower than 22.00 seconds, should consider participating in another event. Fans are anticipating the winning time in Paris to be 21.24 seconds. These two Stars – Shericka Jackson and Elaine Thompson Herah are planning to assault the current 200m record of 21.34 seconds.
Elaine Thompson Herah will be fine. In 2024, she will realize that she has an opportunity to accomplish something that has never been done and no chance of being repeated. She will have a chance to complete a Triple Double in the 100m and 200m at the Olympics. She will have an opportunity to add some granite to her already cemented Track and Field career. Her Legacy, despite a Sub-Par 2023 season is etched in the annals of Olympic History.

Shelley Ann Fraser Pryce is expected to be competitive in the 100m and might get a Silver or Bronze medal in the event. Fans do not believe Shelley Ann Fraser Pryce will be a Factor in the Women 200m in Paris 2024 but strange things happen in Track and Field. She will be an excellent asset in the 4X100m Relay.

Julien Alfred is still adjusting to Olympic level competition. Completion of such adjustment should be noticeable in 2028. An expectation that Julien Alfred will be on the 100m and 200m Podiums at Paris 2024 is probably naïve.

Marie Jose Ta Lou is a competitor and good for Track and Field. She will always win some one-off races but come up short in Olympic Finals. However, Stars will always consider her a force to be reckoned with. She could be a factor in the 100m in Paris 2024. Marie Jose Talou, Shelley Ann Fraser Pryce, Shacari Richardson, Elaine Thompson Herah, and Shericka Jackson will make it difficult for Julien Alfred to have success in the 100m and 200m. Marie Jose Talou will continue her Quest for Gold – 2024.

While there were good performances in 2023, the Stars know there is work to do before Paris 2024. Regardless of the high drama in Budapest 2023, those who take their talent seriously are well aware they can do better. Preparations have begun to attain that other level of athleticism by the Paris Olympics.

Reports are that ETH Management is considering breaking relationship with current coach Shanikie Osbourne. Fans are asking all principals not to be Penny – wise and Pound-foolish. Let us move forward with Training and preparation for Olympics 2024. Do not deprive the Fans of a Triple Double experience. Seventy percent of sprinting is mental. Shanikie Osbourne salvaged ETH 2023 season. Fans look forward to a quick resolution. ETH mission should she choose to accept it is 10.47 and 21.24 for the 100m and 200m respectively. The Tail Gate Party continues.

Sources report that Gabby Thomas will focus on the 400M and 200M events. She now realizes that there is no need to stake claim to the 100M Crown. She is stronger in the distances greater than 100M. There is hope of deliverance in the 400M. Gabby can imagine the euphoria of winning the 200M and or 400M Finals in Budapest and Paris.

If Gabby can improve her Quarter Mile time to 49.0 seconds and if the cup runneth over to 48.5 seconds, the competition will have sleepless nights in Budapest and Paris. 400M Stars should add an entry to their Diary that Gabby Thomas is coming to Dinner. Her idea of Dinner is the Gold Medal in the Female 400M event. Gabby Thomas will hunt for treasure in the 400M event.

The 400M event is looking for new participants. Missing is the fire that Sanya Richards Ross brought to the Track. The void now makes it possible for Gabby Thomas to bring excitement and illuminate the event with a “New Era” of competition. A Star is born and nurtured. The flag is waving and opportunity waiting. It will take a little time for the realization but she will be ready by the National Trials.

Athletes planning to be in the Women 200M Final in Budapest with a Personal Best (PB) slower than 21.8X should skip the event. Participating in the event with a PB south of 21.8X, will make you late for Dinner, where dinner is the Gold Medal. The Women’s 200M Final in Budapest 2023 is on Track for a Time of 21.5 or better. It appears that the rebound of Elaine Thompson Herah (ETH) might be threatened. Pre- season 2022 she opened with a 400M experiment, which in retrospect failed. Pre- season 2023 she again opened with another 400M experiment, which objectively was a failure. Unless it was a planned 300M experiment, it failed or proved nothing. Said experiment can be done in Training. Fans have no interest in seeing their Star struggle. Lactic acid will embarrass any Athlete. Our Star is not focus on her Bread and Butter events. Since the coaching staff is confused, then it is time for Sponsors to speak up. Disappointment is in the air.
If an Athlete wishes to experiment with the 400M, then do it in Training. The notion that running the 400M will prepare one for the 200M is folly, at least for ETH. No one wish for a return to her previous Track Club but Fans are encouraging current coaches to get their act together. ETH is on the cusp of a three – Peat of the double, 100 and 200M, at Olympics in 2024. By Jove, get to that point coaches. If this conduct is a strategy then Fans are now asking what exactly is the Goal. Disappointment is Looming.

Fans anticipate Signature performances in the women 100M, 200M, 400M, and 800M. Competitive Athletes are planning to surprise. They are planning to deliver exceptional performances to cap the era 2016 – 2024. Fans believe the 100M world record will be 10.47 seconds, the 200M world record will be 21.2 seconds, the 400M world record will be 47.5, and the 800M world record will be 1:52.55 by the end of Track season 2024.
Track and Field 2023 is moving forward. Track and Field is creating excitement and the World is watching. Expectations are Stars will be ready and competitors will be back rejuvenated and determined to outperform their rivals. In the midst of all this excitement and anticipation, The Olympics women 100M Record Holder is seemingly inactive. Disappointment is Looming.

2023 and 2024, will be defining years for some Track and Field stars. Careers will end or begin in these two years. Women 100M record will be 10.47 and the 200M record will be 21.2 seconds. BeyondApparent.com thinks the Olympic record holder for the 100M is most likely to accomplish that success as long as there are no hidden injuries. Fans should not be distracted by 60M Events. There is an Ocean between 60M and 100M and you had better be able to swim.
Women 400M and 800M events will be very competitive. Gabby Thomas will hunt for treasure in the 400M event. The 800M is still unsorted. With the exception of Athing Mu, there is still no indication in 2023 of anyone ready to be World Champion in the 800M event.

Jamaican Female sprinters, have unfinished business. Fans of Elaine Thompson – Herah (ETH) anticipate excellent years in 2023 and 2024. They are anxious for Signature Performances. The next two years 2023 and 2024 is Prime time to run 10.47 for the Women 100M event. If 10.47 is not attained Fans will wait decades for that opportunity. Base on 2023 performances, 10.47 in the women 100M is more likely to occur in Paris than in Budapest. That record will last forever and a Day.

Absent injuries, ETH should to be a Factor in the Women 100M and 200M events in Budapest Hungary August 19, 2023. Less than Signature Performances will be a disappointment. Elaine Thompson – Herah, has work to do but nothing to be nervous about. The Spear will be burning in Budapest and will make Jamaica proud.
