POTUS DOMESTIC PROBLEMS TOP

The President’s Domestic problems are Speaker Ryan and Main Stream Media. Speaker Ryan is a Democrat in Republican clothing. Potus will not accomplish his goals if Speaker Ryan is the lead or face promoting his agenda. Speaker Ryan is part of the swamp. Therefore, he must be part of the drainage. For a while, Speaker Ryan was able to mask his intentions but the mask is off. Speaker Ryan has sold out to the Left. Ryan did not support the Presidents candidacy, does not believe in the philosophy of the President, and will not promote the agenda of the Administration. Speaker Ryan must go.

The President needs to retrieve the street manual, in which he will find a section that says, good things come to those who wait but not to those who wait too late. It is time for Potus to fish or cut bait. By any bureaucratic means possible, the President must find someone else or demand a team effort to promote his Domestic agenda. It is inconceivable that the President will get to the promise land with Speaker Ryan, as his Chauffer.

To Speaker Ryan, ask not what the Republican Party can do for you but what you can do for the Republican Party. Your required action should be self-evident. The Administration and the Party need to move forward. Please do the right thing. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

After seven years of discontent, the Affordable Health Care proposal on the table is inadequate. After all these years, neither Party appears willing to provide a Single Payer Health Insurance solution. I find it difficult to believe that this is the best the Republican Party Law makers can draft. The principal architect is mentally inebriated from being too close to or too far from the project. The principal architect lacks the understanding and interpretation of the issue. It is impossible for him to construct a satisfactory plan. The segmentation of the Republican members of congress could lead to the demise of the Republican Party.

All is not lost but it is time for the President to get seriously focused. The President needs to launch his Veto Power. The President needs to be reminded, that he can veto anything that does not meet expectation. He should veto any Legislation that the Democrats seek to move forward that weaken his leadership. The President needs to employ Time, Focus, and Concentration and move all Campaign promises forward. On the subject of Campaign promises, The President needs to realize that the campaign is over. It is time for him to lead and manage the Agenda. Equally important he should communicate effectively with his media staff and not say anything contradictory after news conferences. As for the new FBI Director, Trey Gowdy would be an excellent pick.

The key segments of the Domestic Agenda are Health Care, Border Wall, Military improvement, Tax Reform, Deficit and Debt, Illegal Immigration, and Manufacturing Jobs. It is unlikely that the President can do much about Deficit and Debt in the near term. However, he needs to develop a sound strategy to accomplish the rest. Anything less than complete accomplishment will be perceived as failure.

Health Care:

The slowness of Health Care legislation indicates that perhaps there is unwillingness. Perhaps, congress has no answer consistent with the varying philosophies on the table. Perhaps, Country should move to a Single Payer system with subsidy consistent with a means test. The question that must be answered for Health Care legislation to be a success is: how do we provide access to Health Care for millions of Americans who cannot afford the cost.

The problem with Health Care legislation is that Americans have lost concern for their fellow citizens. Discussions about Health Care provision for Americans has become all about money. For members of congress who continue to raise the issue of cost to provide reasonable Health Care for American citizens, when was the last time that you were concerned with the cost of Pensions, Health benefits, and Security after retirement from Government Service. How is that cost incorporated in the budget. Is that part of the “Entitlements”, and if so why not reduce the amount. If it is not part of the “Entitlements”, then where in the budget is it. Could it be that appropriation is classified?

Border Wall:

As for the border, not all sections will have a constructive wall. In sections where geography prevents the equivalent of a wall there should be a fortification of cameras with drones to monitor. Building a wall at the border is a good thing. Those in opposition are short sighted and need to look beyond the apparent. The Mexicans are good people and while the wall will restrict their migration, they are simply victims of Geographical location.

The wall is about preventing uncontrolled and unlawful entry to the United States from the South. To assume that Mexicans are the only people using that route is fallacious. Such an assumption is inaccurate and will ultimately result in making an ass of you and me. It is not only Mexicans crossing the Southern border. People from Central and South America, the Middle East, Asia, and even Africa are entering the United States via the Southern border.

If you were near the Southern border at Nogales Arizona, Tijuana California, Juarez New Mexico, or Brownsville Texas and saw a Male or Female that you knew was not Black or White; would you be able to tell if that person was Asian, Hispanic, or Middle Eastern just by looking at them. Let us say you determined accurately that the person was Hispanic, could you determine if that person was Mexican, Guatemalan, Colombian, Ecuadorian, Brazilian, Argentinean, etc. I guarantee that better than Ninety Percent of you could not, even if you spoke with the person briefly and they responded in English.

Did you know that depending on the Light Index and your direction or location, someone you assume is Mexican, could be from Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Turkey, Pakistan, India, or Afghanistan? There are other countries that I could mention but that list is consistent with keeping it simple, so that you get the point.

No wall is Impenetrable but I find it difficult to believe that someone who made a living building Towers intends to construct a Picket Fence, above and below ground level. As a backup, there will be adequate military assets and work force to provide support 24/7. Frankly, I believe Engineers can design a two-wall construction with physical deterrent material between. Tunnels will not be safe or untouched from the construction. Tunnels will be discovered and destroyed. Homeland security might leave some Tunnels open but use them as collection points. To preserve greatness, progress, success, and happiness; building a wall is action required.

Military improvement:

Military improvement should be an easy goal to accomplish. It appears that there was a move afoot to decimate the Military. Our military needs to have an abundance of tools to defend Country. The Military needs to stay advanced and ahead to deal with the threats. The North Korean threat is not going away. The time is now, to deal conclusively with North Korea and prepare for Iran.

The North Korean confrontation is clearly the prelude to World War 3 but that war is years in the future. US North Korea confrontation is several years late but it is better to be late than never. Country is faced with never and that has to be averted. China realizes that today it is the US and tomorrow it will be China. North Korea nuclear ability must be destroyed. North Korea is noise in a quiet zone.

The noise must be silenced. Diplomacy is not an option at this time. Diplomacy came and went. Nuclear Technology is in the hands of the wrong person, specifically Kim jong Un. It is time to begin the scale back of proliferation. North Korea chose to be the starting point. You have to start somewhere if there is any hope of maintaining civilization. As long as my Brothers and Cousins do not blink too long, the goal will be accomplished – “Stop Nuclear Proliferation” and the provocateurs who promote.

Tax Reform:

The intent of Tax reform is to provide an economic stimulus and boost. It will benefit business especially entrepreneurs. It is debatable if employees will benefit. My concern is parts of the revised code will benefit employees but other parts might not after the Senate is through constructing the legislation. Regardless, Potus has an excellent idea, especially regarding Inheritance taxation. Tax reform will not be easy legislation because the Government has grown accustom to taking money.

Deficit and Debt:

Politicians have demonstrated that the Deficit is less important than Tax cuts. Tax cuts for the affluent is more important than helping fellow Americans in need. Quite candidly, politicians’ talking about deficit and the size thereof is a façade. It is merely tongue and cheek chatter because they created the deficit. The deficit be damned, we the politicians are obligated to repay our campaign contributors. Some politicians are Leopards. They cannot change their spots. The voters are not important. Their pledge to America is a charade. I thought that if you ran for public office the understanding was you were making a pledge to serve the people.

Since the financial crisis of 2008, Deficit and Debt is affecting State and Local governments. The fact is, individuals, Cities, Sates, Country, and the World is on a deficit to Debt path. Quite candidly, with the exception of China a country manufacturing things, one could argue that all countries are in one of two categories – Declared or Undeclared Debt.

The impact of Deficit to Debt on individuals is a bottomless pit of continued high unemployment, Foreclosures, astronomical credit card debt, and the increasing inability of decent human beings to afford necessities. At the same time, Local and State governments are increasing taxes but reducing the quality of services and contribution to Education. States that are in the Declared Debt category are CT, NY, OH, and CA. Others will declare soon.

The trend is reversible. However, it has to be done constructively and not by politicians running around like chicken without heads spewing vitriol or seeking to take away the right of unions to engage in Collective Bargaining. Neither will it be resolved by recklessly slashing and eliminating programs that benefit citizens. Frankly, slashing and eliminating programs that benefit citizens could create the age-old condition of two wrongs does not make a right.

In this world climate of unrest and citizens demanding actual Democracy as opposed to lip service of the ideology, slashing and eliminating programs that benefit citizens could be a recipe for disaster. The recipe and the meal could be on exhibit at a State near you.

Illegal Immigration:

Illegal immigration is a Trojan horse with the sides exposed. In essence, it is transparent and the occupants are visible.

We cannot continue to ignore Illegal Immigration. Any consideration of Amnesty for individuals in country illegally is the equivalent of allowing an invasion. An invasion condones importing criminals, Terrorists, and foreign diseases. Changing current Immigration Laws to accommodate invaders will demonstrate disrespect for citizens, the children of fallen soldiers, and legal immigrants.

Employing illegal immigrants at low wages and ignoring unemployed citizens is wrong. Employing illegal immigrants at low wages is temporary and unsustainable. Think about it, are you doing the same job that your parents did? Do you seriously think that the children of illegal immigrants will? If not, then what.

The fact is illegal immigrants in low wage occupation will not affect you. However, your children and Great Grandchildren will be competing with the descendants of illegal immigrants in the workplace. Consistently, the 14th Amendment MUST be amended. The 14th Amendment where it allows for the preposterous Anchor baby must and should be revised otherwise it will ultimately disenfranchise children born of Legal Permanent residents, Naturalized, and Natural born citizens.

The simple required amendment to the 14th Amendment should read as follows:

You are a citizen if and only if your mother was a Legal Permanent resident or a Naturalized citizen, or a Natural born citizen prior to your conception.

Prior to your conception means that at the time of your birth and the gestation period is determined and concluded your mother must have valid proof that she was a Legal Permanent resident or a Naturalized citizen, or a Natural born citizen prior to the commencement of said gestation period.

In essence, if it is determined by the medical community that your mother gave birth to you in 9 months, your mother MUST have been a Legal Permanent resident or a Naturalized citizen, or a Natural born citizen for more than 9 months before the date of your birth.

Manufacturing Jobs:

The loss of Manufacturing Jobs is the basis for our economic woes. Those jobs were sent off shore. The loss of Manufacturing Jobs created displaced workers who cannot pay their mortgages or purchase goods and services. To suggest that the workers most of whom have a High School Diploma and between the age of 50 and 70 should now go to Community Colleges and re-train is adding insult to injury. It is also undemocratic because you are taking their choice away. Besides, all jobs are important to sustain Country.

There was a time when just about everything was made in the USA. Now nothing or very little is. What can we do about that, you say. Simply refuse to purchase the merchandise. Personally, if the merchandise is not made in the Western Hemisphere, I do not buy. Yes, I actively read the labels to see where the product was manufactured.

Finally, we have a President who understands that Country and Empire will only be great if there is a manufacturing base. The manufacturing base has to be supported and strong.

Progressive is the adjective of the word Progress. Progress means improvement or moving forward. Democrats and Liberals have adopted the word to define their intent, content, and conduct. In reality, Democrats and Liberals abducted the word. Since actions speak louder than words, the conduct of Democrats and Liberals is anything but progressive. In fact, the conduct of Democrats and Liberals is Regressive.

The conduct of Democrats and Liberals is taking Country backward. There is nothing forward or progressive about the conduct of Democrats and Liberals. The Progressive movement is a farce. Young people following or in support of The Progressive movement are being brainwashed and indoctrinated.

Young people in support of the “Progressive Movement” are blooming educated fools. Some will engage in violence and commit crimes that could have negative impact on their professional lives. However, my observation of the incidents at UC Berkeley is that the individuals perpetuating violence are not students but paid agitators. If this violence continues on the campus of UC Berkeley some promising student will accidently lose his or her life.

Unchecked violence on College campuses is breeding ground for subversive elements in Country. Subversive elements foment Anarchy. Anarchy will ruin Country and make it susceptible to external Ideology and Groups. These incidents and violent outbursts appear organized by person or persons whose goal is to destroy Country. College registrants do the dirty work. College registrants as opposed to attendees are the subversive elements creating disturbances on UC Berkeley campus. Fact is you can register to go to school but it does not mean you attend classes.

If organized subversive elements supported by Progressives, continue to suppress conservative voices on the campus of UC Berkeley, then DOJ and DHS should isolate and interview some of the agitators to gather intelligence. It is my impression that agitators are the face of a Shadow Government. If discovered that there is a Shadow Government, it would be the first time in the history of Country that our Republic failed to have a smooth transfer of power.

Any concerted effort to prevent a smooth transfer of power, is unacceptable and uncivilized. Shadow Government is conduct exhibited by third world countries. The mere thought that someone may have created a Shadow Government is disturbing. Those of us who are students of History and politically astute, are bracing ourselves for a coup d’état. It is a good thing Country is embroiled in significant International issues. Consequently, a Shadow Government has no opening to perpetuate an overthrow. If I am right, the Shadow Government is having second thoughts about the ability of their leadership to deal with the issues facing Country now and in the immediate future. In fact, some of the issues appear to be Life-long. If the previous Administration could not resolve the plight of Blacks in Country, namely un-employment and Housing, or violence in the streets of Chicago, there is no way the Shadow Government can handle those Domestic issues, nor do they have a prayers chance of dealing with Country International issues.

It is worth repeating that the key issues facing our nation now and beyond are: Unemployment, Manufacturing Jobs, Deficit and Debt, Illegal Immigration, Abortion, Homosexuality, Declining morality by our elected officials, Campaign Financing, Pakistan, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, Uprising in the Middle East, Turmoil in Africa, inevitable conflict with Iran and North Korea, and growing friction with China.

There has been a whisper by Progressives that California should secede from our Republic. Frankly, I am among the citizens who probably would not mind if California secedes from the Republic of the United States. Patriotic citizens who reside outside of California should dispel the notion that as California go so does the rest of the Nation. That is ridiculous speech. California is an expansion and not the original State. No Republic should allow an expansion State to dictate, direct, or determine the path forward. California is the State in which most of the architects of the cockamamie Progressive ideology reside.

Even the leader of the failed previous Administration has declared intent to seek residence in California. It should make you wonder why the reluctance to return to Chicago. Increasingly it has become obvious that Progressives bobble head politicians are exhibiting signs of early onset of dementia and in some cases Alzheimer. It should not be long now before the constituents look for intelligent replacements. Democrats whose call to momentary fame and trivial existence should be repealed and replaced by their constituents. If your daily existence is to say no to @Potus agenda, that the voters clearly asked for, then you are doing an injustice to the American citizens. In professional life, it is all about Lead, follow, or get out of the way. I think it is time for the current members of Congress representing California citizens, to get out of the way and stop collecting Pay Checks that they cannot justify earning.

Those who currently constitute under the umbrella of Progressives should redefine themselves as Regressives.

Regressives are people who think that building a Border Wall as in installing a lock on the door is a sign of weakness. Regressives are people who probably think that MS 13 is the 21st Century equivalent of the 12 Apostles. If so, who among them is Jesus? Regressives are people who think Kim jong Un is a Rhodes scholar and the way to stop him from obliterating California is to dialogue, engage in Diplomacy, bury their heads in the sand along the shore of the Pacific ocean, and pray.

The problem with that Dementia and Alzheimer philosophy is that Kim jong Un will continue to ignore such pleadings. The only thing that will stop a bully in and out of school is confrontation. If we who breathe, eat, and sleep the ideals of our Republic take, two mental steps back but remain physically committed, Kim jong Un will crack. He will do something unacceptable, which will provoke a military response. It will then become a situation of shoot first and talk later.

If we fail to be vigilant, California will not need a Border Wall or Lock on the door. To the Progressives who in reality are really Regressives, failure is not an option in this confrontation with North Korea; otherwise, I will see you in Heaven or Hell. I do not know about you nor do I care but I prefer to make Heaven and Hell right here on Earth.

In Country filled with Universities, Colleges, and Vocational schools, I had hoped that the echoes of stupidity would have cease before @Potus first 100 days. Unfortunately, stupidity as exhibited by those on the Left and their supporters represented by Main Stream Media is moving forward. The stupid Left and Main Stream Media are tagging along. The whiners are strapped in the proverbial baby carriage. They show no sign of relenting and intend to be surrogate Presidents for the next four years. With the help of Jehovah, they will surrogate for the next eight years.

The Left and Main Stream Media are a collection of educated fools from uneducated schools. Pimping people is the rule and those who reject their ideology become pollution in the pools and rivers. When do you suppose Main Stream Media will arise from their slumber and return to earth? Hello is anyone home. I hear no response. They must be drunk and stupid.

@Potus wants to build a Border Wall but a member of the House of Representatives thinks that decision is a sign of weakness. I suppose that means putting a lock on your door is a sign of weakness.

A man drives down a street of Paris France carrying an AK-47. He stops and assassinates a Police Officer. Main Stream Media refuse to conclude it is an act of terrorism, probably preferring to see the incident, as one in which the shooter is exercising his right to hunt humans.

@Potus using reference and common sense declares the shooting in Paris France with an AK-47 as an act of terrorism but Main Stream Media chose to criticize his judgment. Main Stream Media question his ability to make that determination. They find it difficult to believe that some of us can declare 1 + 1 = 2.

Illegal Immigrants are murdering our Children on the street with Guns and in some cases Machete. Illegal Immigrants are murdering our Children with the distribution of opioids. Our defenseless young people are under attack and Main Stream Media and Liberal Democrats are avoiding and ignoring the reality. Instead, they continue to conduct themselves like bobble head dolls and engage in inconsequential discussions.

They engage in inconsequential discussions about Russian interference in the Presidential Election of 2016. How did the Russians interfere with the Election? Did they change the programming of the Voting machines? Did the Russians sneak into homes the night before the election, threaten the electorate, and command them to vote for @Potus? Has anyone met a citizen who had a visit from the KGB before the election who can confirm being commanded to vote for @Potus, or risk being sent to Siberia the day after?

North Korea is interested in unifying the Korean peninsular. The only problem is a North lead unification with Communist ideals would not be acceptable to the South. On the other hand if the unification of said peninsular is promoted by the South Koreans, promising a Republic political system, that might be an action acceptable by the South and the World community. Course this is assuming that South Koreans are interested in unification, though you will admit that would be an ideal situation.

Which kind of unification would you prefer? Would you prefer a Korean Peninsular that looks more like North Korea or South Korea? In many ways the question is the equivalent of asking, if there was no day or night, which would you prefer to be right.

Clearly, Kim jong Un has lost his bearings. He is obsessed with the idea of destroying South Korea, the United States, and Japan. These countries represent his version of evil and are responsible for the suffering of his people, at least as far as he knows. Japan and South Korea exhibit Western Culture. That is an affront to him and his people. Japan and South Korea are too pro-western for the neighborhood. Kim jong Un, thinks now is the time to end the equivalent of a rocky marriage.

I am surprised that North and South Korea have been able to coexist for 64 years. The difference between the two countries is that of Day and Night. Day and Night exist but they are not present at the same time. It now appears that the coexistence could be ending. There is economic disparity between the two. North is the biblical Cain and the South is Able. Until there is unification, there will be continued threats and incidents, all instigated by the North. There is a limit to patience and the human spirit can take just so much.

If the USA and the West exercise patience and remain physically committed, North Korea will crack. Kim jong Un will do something unacceptable, which will provoke a military response. It will then become a situation of shoot first and talk later. That scenario could bring about unification. Diplomacy has not worked for 64 years. On what basis will it work now?

It could get ugly but not any uglier than it will look if Kim jong Un is allowed to carry out his obsession of destroying South Korea, the United States, and Japan.

The Administration is prudent to take two mental steps back but remain physically committed. North Korea is not changing their address anytime soon. Mail and Missiles can still be delivered. Regrettably, the rhetoric and provocation from North Korea has become unbearable. Japan and South Korea has just about had enough. You walk away from a bully or confront. Those of us who supports the President strongly suggest confront. There are those of us who do not need to put our hands on the stove to determine it is hot. We can feel and smell the heat even if we are not in the kitchen. Frankly, the hot coal, which is North Korea, is beyond “Red Hot”, it is “White Hot”. Delivering missile will provide a good coolant.

Sending coolant to North Korea will undoubtedly produce reaction from China. Nixon will not be happy if we have a military confrontation with China but he understands that action delayed is resolution denied. Nixon would not wish country be destroyed by the crackpot in North Korea.

The Sun Parade in Pyongyang was impressive. There is no need to rain on their parade. I was struck by the theme and backdrop. I came away with the impression that North Koreans like parades. It must be agonizing to stand for hours in the sun. I felt bad for the participants. The faces told one story or maybe two, they are unhappy or in a hypnotic trance.

Time is on the side of the West. The West need only exercise patience. The big question is what the plans are after the parade. If the North Koreans are truly in a trance, when will the effect expire? To be honest Kim jong Un does not appear as a leader. Kim jong Un is lacking confidence all you need to do is look in his eyes. My spiritual take away from the parade is that the regime is near change. I wonder what it would take to bring about change in regime. There is overthrow in the making. North Koreans are not looking excited about the current state of affairs. How do they plan to Capitulate?

Kim jong Un will lose face if he fails to complete a nuclear test soon. Such failure will set the stage for regime change. A regime change and North Koreans volunteering to give up nuclear ambitions is the best possible outcome. However, Testosterone levels are extremely high. Therefore, that is least likely to happen. The administration use of “America First “is an advance phraseology. It does not mean America only. For those who felt that the Trump administration would only focus on the USA, you are incorrect. In this Geo-Political world, America is not the only thing. The President must develop and implement Domestic and International policies. There is no abandonment of “America First “and it seems to me that the Domestic policy of Jobs and Infrastructure improvement is well on the way. However, now is the time to develop a clear International policy.

Russia, Syria, North Korea, Iran, and China will dictate the development of the base of an International policy. These are the cards on the table but remember there are 52 cards in the deck. The administration was dealt these cards and they have to play the game. Russia, Syria, North Korea, Iran, and China were the cards left on the table by the previous administration. The previous administration had no clue how to play this Geo-Political high stake poker. So, they dove their tails between hind legs and ran away. The Trump administration is now faced with “expect the unexpected”. All administrations are characterized by the way they deal with the unexpected.

The President knew that he would have a day of reckoning with Russia, Syria, North Korea, Iran, and China. However, I do not think he wanted to deal with all at the same time. Surprise the curtain is drawn, the play is about to begin, and they are all on stage. These are the times that try men’s souls. The rest of the world is going about their daily activities not realizing there is a serious situation on stage. The Administration would be prudent to take two mental steps back but remain physically committed. Now is the time to have a strategist assist in superimposing “Winston Churchill” in this situation.

Russia is not interested in a fight unless assets are damaged. China is not interested in a confrontation. China is all about business right now. Iran is bluffing and is basically biting off nose to spite face. Iran is a rogue state that was hoping the Presidential election results of 2016 was different. Iran mis-calculated and failed to realize that the American political system is dynamic. Syria is not going anywhere and the Syrian people want Assad out. The Syrian situation is like a marriage gone bad. Once one person says divorce, the marriage is over. The Syrian people have filed for divorce from Assad. The marriage is over.

That leaves us with North Korea. The Administration would be prudent to take two mental steps back but remain physically committed. North Korea is not changing their address anytime soon. Mail and Missiles can still be delivered. Regrettably, the rhetoric and provocation from North Korea has become unbearable. Japan and South Korea has just about had enough. You walk away from a bully or confront. Those of us who support the President strongly suggest confront. There are those of us who do not need to put our hands on the stove to determine its hot. We can feel and smell the heat even if we are not in the kitchen. Frankly, the hot coal which is North Korea is beyond “Red Hot”, it is “White Hot”. Delivering missile water would provide a good coolant.

Sending coolant to North Korea will undoubtedly produce reaction from China. Nixon will not be happy if we have a military confrontation with China but he understands that action delayed is resolution denied. Nixon would not wish country to be destroyed by the crackpot in North Korea.

The President took the right action with Syria. Striking Syria was the right thing to do. Contrary to comments by hallucinating Democrats and wimpy Republicans, we do not need a good President just one who is right in his actions. While the President’s action was a deviation from his campaign posture, how things look from 10,000 feet on the campaign trail is very different from the view at less than 1 foot when you sit in the Oval office, or after the Inauguration. It could be that you have to assume the responsibility of a war before you get to the Oval office. If you knew the History of our Republic then you are aware that successful Presidents were not necessarily good but were close to 100 percent right during times of conflict.

Senators on both sides of the aisle said the President needed to talk with them first. He needed to consult and console with them. Really, talk about what. The people voted for Donald Trump not you. We the people do not need surrogate Presidents. We want one President. The President has 60 days to act before he has to consider talking to you and only if it appears that he needs more time to deal with the issue. Real men listen, talk just enough, and implement a resolution. Real men implement resolutions even if it is temporary.

Assad needed to have his onion peeled. The missile strike was just the peeling of the first layer. There are more layers of the onion to peel in Syria. The President should destroy the other Air Fields and then wait to see what Assad does. Simultaneously, the Administration should determine the genuine players on the ground and support them. Genuine players on the ground must be Syrians who are seeking a way forward from the tyranny of Assad. Senators on both sides of the aisle, if you wish to talk to the “Right” President then I suggest you meet him for Lunch, preferably Monday. Please be sure to ask him about the weather in North Korea and Iran.

Our Founding Fathers did not talk much about matters of war. They acted decisively as they knew how with the available resources. I turn your attention to Washington, Henry, Hancock, and Lincoln just to name a few. Closer to the modern-day era the following men did not talk about war they walked the war. Those men are Churchill (my mentor), Eisenhower, MacArthur, and Patton.

We owe those great men everything we own. My mentor Winston Churchill was a fun guy and in some instances a comedian but when it was time to fight he fought. There was no time for talking when London Bridge was falling down or he and his men were cornered at sea by Japanese and German fleets. It was in that battle at sea that Winston Churchill proved to man-kind, that Oil and Water do not mix.

I encourage you to search Winston Churchill and see how important he is to your Life. Was it not for Winston Churchill if you were lucky to be born, you would be speaking Japanese, German, or Russian. You would not be speaking English, assuming you do. Those of us who are students of History have rationalized that fact. Do you begin to understand why Presidents including Trump pay their respects to Winston Churchill? If not, I strongly suggest that you do the research.

The Syrian campaign has just begun. There is more work to be done. If you think that Assad will leave quietly, think again. However, feel comforted that there are Syrians in the streets giving thanks to the President for assistance and imploring him to do more.

As soon as Assad leaves, the climate will be consistent and supportive of cleaning up and moving forward. The United States can play a key role in that clean up and reconstruction effort but only in an advisory role. That assistance will go a long way in the true development and nurturing of democracy in the Middle East. That effort will demolish the influence of rogue groups. The people in the region will extricate themselves from rogue groups and anti-West propaganda. The people in the region will no longer be a breeding ground for radical elements. Hope will spring eternal. The Syrian people and Arabs will perceive and pursue a new lease on life and move forward into the 21st Century.

The President is on the right track in Syria. To the Syrian people I say, keep pressing, keep moving forward, and as you strive to reclaim your civil rights and dignity; “Walk like a Syrian”.

Those chemical weapons in Syria came from Iraq. Assad needed to have his onion peeled. The missile strike was just the peeling of the first layer. There are more layers of the onion to peel. However, the Syrian people can help with that effort. Assad was exemplary and target practice. Others who have targeted the USA should prepare for missile visits.

There are more layers of the onion to peel in Syria. The President should destroy the other Air Fields and then wait to see what Assad does. Simultaneously, the Administration should determine the genuine players on the ground and support them. Genuine players on the ground must be Syrians who are seeking a way forward from the tyranny of Assad. The citizens of Syria have been suffering for decades and they are at the breaking point. History has shown that there is a limit to how much the human spirit will take.

It is unlikely that the rhetoric and provocation from North Korea will be allowed to continue. Japan and South Korea will request assistance soon. The eardrums of the citizens of both Countries has just about had enough. At some point, the decibels and provocation from North Korea will become unbearable.

With respect to North Korea, you walk away from a bully or confront. Those of us who support the President strongly suggest confront. There is the immediate aftermath, the development of an interim Government, and the building and completion of a democratic path forward. Undoubtedly the Syrian people yearn for a return to civil rights and human dignity.

I have respect and confidence in the intelligence of the Syrian people. Consistent with the political change they seek, they are not interested in Autocracy or Theocracy. There will not be any Theocratic, Autocratic, or Islamic form of Government. Syrians are educated, pro-western, and extremely cultured.

The default state of man is peace but as you are witnessing sometimes man has to resort to animal instincts and violence to get their entitlements. The Syrian people will calm down as soon as Assad leaves. The international community should not be under the illusion that Assad can be a part of the solution engaging or participating in any cockamamie reform effort. Claims of Russian involvement in the Presidential Election of 2016 and surveillance of the Trump transition Team are Side Shows. Enough, let’s move on and forward.

Democrats have decided to spend the next four years embroiled in these issues. Democrats in effect are taking an in-place sabbatical with the intent of sabotaging the Trump administration. The Democrats have signaled that they will not participate in Governing and are comfortable with accomplishing nothing. The electorate is tossed to the wayside. The Democrats are talking heads engulf in discussions about the inconsequential.

My fellow Americans have no interest in claims of Russian involvement in the Presidential Election of 2016 or surveillance of the Trump transition Team. The American people want their needs addressed: Health care, Jobs, Tax cuts, crumbling Infrastructure, the Murdering of our Children by Illegal Immigrants through violence and Non-violent acts.

Our Children are being murdered by Illegal Immigrants on the street with Guns and in some cases Machete. Our Children are being murdered by Illegal Immigrants with the distribution of narcotics. Our defenseless young people are under attack and the Liberal Democrats are avoiding and ignoring the reality. Instead they continue to conduct themselves like bobble – head dolls and engage in inconsequential discussions.

There is a quiet and soon to be loud war being conducted on our Young people by Illegal Immigrants through violence and Non-violent acts. They are killing our Young people one by one. These acts are not incidental it is part of a concerted effort. We need to get these Illegal Immigrants and Gangs out of country. This is a serious matter and demands immediate attention.

Our young people are being targeted and introduced to opioids that have high addictive qualities. Our young people are dying in alarming numbers. This is a serious development. Our descendants and potential future Leaders are being killed openly and surreptitiously. This is a serious matter and demands immediate attention.

The previous administration turned a blind eye to the situation. I hope the current administration pay attention and devote resources to eradicate. I also hope that the talking heads Democrats will join in this effort. If Democrats fail to participate in large numbers individuals who do not should be Repealed and Replaced.

How did the Russians interfere with the Presidential Election of 2016? Did they change the programming of the Voting machines? Did the Russians sneak into homes the night before the election and threaten the electorate and command them to vote for Trump? Is there a citizen who had a visit from the KGB on the night before the election and was summarily commanded to vote for Trump or risk being sent to Siberia the day after? If so, step forward and announce. The Democrats would like to hear from you.

If Democrats plan to mourn losing the Presidential Election of 2016 for the next four years then go home. Leave your Time Card in the rack on the way out. You will not be paid and will not be allowed to cast an absentee ballot on any Bill. Your vote will be confiscated and counted alongside the votes of the Republican Party.

Enough with claims of Russian involvement in the Presidential Election of 2016. Enough with the Political Side Shows. Let’s move on and forward with the business of Governing.

HEALTH CARE (THE MORNINGS AFTER)

COMPRROMISE

This article could easily be about the “mourning” after but the morning after characterization should suffice. The Trump administration should understand that you have to accept defeat so that you can appreciate ultimate victory. Let’s have a dialogue about what happened, is happening, and should happen with respect to “America Health Care” legislation. Despite the fact that I am the only one speaking we can still have a dialogue. I write and you read.

If the intent of the “Freedom Caucus” is to do nothing and bring Government to a halt, then they are doing a terrific job. If the “Freedom Caucus” believe doing nothing will metamorphose into a Landmark decision, then my feedback is, awake from that delusion. Each “Freedom Caucus” member should stop collecting pay checks and deposit said funds to the Health Care entity of choice until satisfactory legislation is signed by President Trump.

To Speaker Ryan, ask not what the Republican Party can do for you but what you can do for the Republican Party. Your required action should be self-evident. The Administration and the Party need to move Forward. Please do the right thing. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

After seven years of discontent the Affordable Health Care proposal on the table is inadequate. I find it difficult to believe that this is the best Republican Party Law makers can draft. It is possible that the principal architect is mentally inebriated from being too close to the project for that period of time. It is possible that the principal architect is subconsciously locked into his understanding and interpretation of the issue that it is impossible for him to construct a satisfactory plan.

What happened: The issue was misunderstood and therefore the almost submitted resolution was doomed to failure. The good President knew that. Now that he understands the issue and the process, I am confident he will take two steps back and the needed step forward. As a reminder. the question was and still is, how do we provide Health Insurance for millions of Americans who are uninsured and in some cases underinsured.

The reason we have a Health Insurance issue is because most Americans have coverage which is connected to their employment. Some of the uninsured are no longer employed and Cobra is too expensive. Others are employed but their Health Insurance is too expensive and simply cannot afford it.

Republican and Democratic Party Law Makers should step back and reevaluate. Sometimes you can get so close to a project that it is impossible to see the forest from the trees. This is where the Principal architect and those close to him are. The frame work of the almost submitted plan can be maintained but before a satisfactory resolution is reached, there will need to be significant Re-write and Amendments.

Each time affordable access to Health care is discussed, cynics and the dis-ingenuous raise the subject of Entitlements. Leave entitlements alone. Such discussion only muddies the water, clutter the table, or create distraction.  Leave entitlements alone. People either paid for or earned their entitlements. Therefore, that subject is irrelevant. There is no need to steal from Peter to pay Paul. However, there is need to reduce your commitment to Peter so that you can address “Affordable Health Care”. The bottom line is can you provide assistance regarding Health Care for your citizens. I think you can. Let’s do it. Not doing it is not an option.

What is happening: the “Freedom Caucus” and Democratic Party are basking in their nothing victory. Both groups are enjoying a “NOTHING BURGER”. I encourage them to wipe that grin off their faces and start working. If they do not, their constituents should Repeal and Replace everyone of them.

What should happen: Truth be told, drafting a satisfactory “Affordable Health Care” proposal is a challenging Project but not insurmountable. People need to step back and assess the situation, respectfully compromise, map a resolution, and then move forward to remedy. It seems to me mapping a resolution should include but not limited to the following bullets:

  • Do not fix or legislate on what is not broken. Citizens who are employed and like their Insurance should be left alone. However, leave the door open should their status change.
  • Those employed but underinsured should be included in the plan.
  • Those employed but cannot afford to be insured should be granted access and provided for consistent with Direct Primary Care entities like Atlas MD.
  • Those unemployed and not insured should be granted access and provided for consistent with Direct Primary Care entities like Atlas MD.
  • For those unemployed and not insured or employed but cannot afford, the Government should develop a partnership with local Clinics to service these individuals and reimburse clinics on a pre-determined or defined scale.
  • Government should encourage Direct Primary Care entities like Atlas MD and local Clinics to engender solid relationships with Local and Regional Hospitals for support or advanced procedures.
  • If unemployment status changes, then individuals should declare and contribute to the cost of their care.
  • Cost for care should = (Historical average Dollar benefits/ current Annual Salary) * Cost for each Service
  • If the above is not maintained and ultimately satisfied, then the annual amount for each Tax Year should be withheld from Refund.

Are we there yet? It will be a tragedy if Law Makers cannot focus long enough to Repeal and Replace the current fiasco known as “Affordable Health Care”. Any legislation with the word Mandate will fail to deliver according to expectations. There seems to be a fixation on the word mandate to the extent that it continues to be a part of Legislation from the Clinton era to now.

Will someone put the word Mandate back into the Dictionary. Equally relevant, any legislation which tries to give more than the necessary credence to Insurance companies will fail to deliver according to expectations.

Law Makers need to determine how much and what involvement should Insurance companies have in the development of the ultimate document. If Insurance companies are given a major role in the crafting of the ultimate document, it will fail to deliver consistent with the real need of the people. Do not expect Insurance companies to assist in the legislation of equitable and in some cases free Health Insurance for the people.

Yes, in some cases based on a means test or affordability scale some of my fellow Americans will require free Health Insurance and Care. And why not. If you can go abroad and provide free Health Care, then why not do it for our citizens. Charity begins at Home.

No Insurance company is about to craft legislation that will take money out of their pockets willingly. That is just not good business practice. However, this matter is not about the business of Health Insurance. It is about the people and their need for affordable Health Insurance devoid of complicated verbiage. Insurance companies will not lose money. Sure, they may lose money on the Health Insurance line item but they will make it up on another line. Do not believe that the Health Insurance companies only sell Health Insurance. The current White House Administration should know that very well.

Now is the time to repeal the current fiasco known as “Affordable Health Care”. Timing is everything. The Republican Party and the newly elected Administration must seize the moment and act accordingly but with more forward thinking. Everyone is consumed with the cost to Government. I agree that is important but we are not there yet. The current stage is the draft. The current stage is the Pro Forma. No plan is complete without revision. There will be time enough for counting, when the deal is done.

Millions of Americans are, or soon to be without Health Care because they cannot afford Health Insurance. I realize that Legislators feel the need to provide input and be part of the Legislation and that is awesome but let’s get on with the provision. I hope the “Freedom Caucus” and Democratic Party are aware of that reality.

Where will the money coming from? The money comes from a reduction of each current line item on the budget reduced by what you think provision of Health Insurance will cost. Any detail discussion of this premise is unnecessary in this article. The best Financial person in the Administration should be able to take what I just wrote and convert it into a revised budget.
